G Dr Tehmina ap ki house job unpaid ho g. HJ is unpaid for additional house officers in Nishtar Institute of dentistry Multan. There are almost 65 seats for NID graduates and almost same for HOs coming from private/Foreign sectors.

G agar koi vacant seat hui to ap ko paid mile g but that also will be according to merrit. Strong safarish ap ki vacant seat pe chal skti h like you'll be preferred over Merritt. I haven't seen it but heard that safarish system chalta hai. There is another scenario that some paid house officers leave after 6 months and you can get rest of 6 months paid by merrit/Safarish/relations with high above.

Getting paid house job without vacant seat may not be possible because i know a guy who had reference from PM house but couldn't get paid. So it depends on circumstances of days and administration
