Hi, what if the pump does not open the valve, it seems stuck. This is the first time I'm trying to open the inner cone, my scooter is brand new, never been in water, battery is still charged. Would appreciate any advice.

It's safer to charge out of the unit and maybe he just wants to see how it all works.

Dude. I just got this. Why on earth are you removing all this and using wacky rings and bands…and twisting them together…? You didn’t explain why… because you can charge this thing without doing any of these steps that you haven’t explained why it’s necessary to do. You can charge it with pumping air in and out … what I want to hear is why go thru your stretching band bs …? Why? You can charge it with pumping the frickin cone off…
