Spend some time living in another country or dating someone from another country. This can happen by osmosis. Iggy (Amethyst) has obviously listened to a lot of rap music also - it's the genre she is performing/wants to perform just that alone can affect how she talks. Having lived in the States so long she does well to still have an Aussie accent in there as strongly as she does.
