36:28 No the "Rhoynar" didn't settle in the Riverlands. They are the ancestors of the Dornish people that came from Essos a long time ago, same as "The First Men" who are ancestors of most houses from the North, like the Starks and some houses in the Riverlands like House Strong and House Blackwood and the Andals are the ancestors of most of the other houses in Westeros. Infact it was the Andals who brought the Faith of the Seven to Westeros.

Technically the Baratheons are more Targaryen than some people think , because the first Baratheon ,Orys Baratheon was the Bastard brother of Aegon the Conqueror , when Orys defeated the Storm King Durrandon (anciend house that ruled in the Stormlands before the conquest war) he married the Storm king's daughter and became the lord of the Stormlands and the first Hand of the King ever

The Rhoynar fled Essos after they went to war with the Valyrian Empire and lost. Their leader was Princess Nymeria who led them to Dorne where she married the Lord Martell of the time and together they conquered Dorne. The Martell Sigil was a sun and the Rhoynar sigil was a spear, when Nymeria wedded the Lord Martell the sigil became a sun pierced by a spear, and they became Princes of Dorne, not Kings because in the Rhoynar custom there were no kings just princes. In Game of thrones even after Dorne joined the Seven Kingdoms they remained princes not lords. This all happend hundreds of years before the doom of Valyria and the Conquest war

One thing I liked about this episode was Helaena talking with the Nanny, and the nanny smiling at her. In the book Helaena was loved by the servants and all the small folk, which plays a big part in the future of the story. I hope we get to see more of her

Screencrush gets most things right but misses on some… If you’re at all familiar with British history, you must be crowned as king (or queen) so the offspring therefore passes on. At that point in this show, Aemond was next in line if Aegon wasn’t discovered… a king needs a coronation first for it to pass down his line… can’t believe how many Americans get this wrong 🤷‍♂️

I disagree with him on unrequited love. Criston’s arc has been wishy washy. They didn’t show her saving him as they should. It would have shown he’s loyal to her, as an attack dog, because she saved him. I don’t think they see each other like that. Until they show it. I don’t think it’s there.

Helaena’s children are Aemond’s not Aegon’s. 10 reasons why Reasons: 1) In episodes 7 Aegon says he doesn’t want to marry her and Aemond says that he would and perform his duties. 2) Aegon doesn’t care for his duties that’s why Helaena never seems to know where Aegon is. 3) In episode 8 when Helaena gives her speech about marriage she says “it’s not that bad he mostly just ignores you” then she takes a pause as she looks at everyone realizing that if Aegon ignores her all the time than how could he be the father her children. Then she says “accepts when he’s drunk” to cover her own behind and her children. And then everyone starts laughing and Otto says “Good” as in good you managed to save your own behind. 4) When Jace ask Helaena to dance Aegon looks at Aemond like he knows about him and Helaena and to keep a cool head as to not expose themselves by getting angry for asking Helaena his lover to dance. 5) In episode 9 right before Otto and Alicent come in to her chambers to ask where Aegon is she tells her children that if one sibling is giving everything the other will get jealous and want to take it themselves which represent Aemond he feels that the Iron Throne and Helaena should be his not Aegon’s. 6) Right after Helaena tells Otto and Alicent that she doesn’t know where Aegon is Otto storms off to come up with a plan to find and Alicent tries to talk with him and she says “Father” and you can hear one of Helaena’s children says “Aemond”. 7)Aemond looks shocked to find Alicent in Helaena’s chambers and Helaena looks at him them looks down nervously since they both know they shouldn’t be in her chambers alone since she is a married women and Targaryen’s are known for incest which can cause rumors to spread about them and the legitimacy of her children. 8)Aemond tells Ser Criston that he’s next in line for the throne if Aegon is dead or cannot be found. This statement would only be true if Helaena’s children weren’t Aegon’s . If Aegon was dead or they couldn’t find him then Aegon and Helaena’s first born would be next in line not Aemond. But he knows he is next in line because Helaena’s children are his bastards. 9) This show emphasizes characters hair as a way to determine parentage if you notice Aegon and Helaena both have wavy curly hair but “their” children have straight hair just like Aemond. 10) When it looked as if Rhaenys was going to burn them with her dragon Aemond protects Helaena and she grabs his arm when I believe the show depicts her as being autistic since she some characteristics like she doesn’t like physical contact when Alicent hugs her in episode 8 she just stand still with her arms down and in episode 9 Alicent tries to console her by touching her arm she pulls away so if she is portrayed as being autistic as I believe she is. She would only have physical contact with someone she trust like her lover Aemond.

Jaehaerys & his wife, Alysanne, were brother & sister. Viserys is full in-bred Targ. Not so different from Aegon the Younger and Viserys (from Rhaenyra & Daemon). Rhaenyra isn’t a full Targ, half Arryn, half Targ. So when you throw all the DNA into one big cauldron, they’re all pretty evenly in-bred…😵‍💫🫣😉

9:00 For the show to work - some must side with the Greens, others with the Blacks. If it is too one sided the show has failed. Also if everyone is utterly depraved and disgusting the show will also fail. So far the balance is right. Even Game of Thrones in my opinion lost its way when it succumbed to the request for Fan Service for the Starks - 1st Arya but esp. the Mary Sue Character Jon Snow, who came back from the dead, could not be killed by Zombies, whom the Dragons 'refused' to kill, and was not even targeted for revenge by the Unsullied or Dothraki after *killing their queen.* I mean this was just complete bullshit, and *some* of the fans ate it up.

Finally my Dude Aegon got some sympathetic moments I laughed my ass off with that Larys and Alicent Foot scene.
