This series will have will be a feast for the eyes with amazing locations, battles and of course dragons. With a healthy dose of political intrigue and dubious alliances.

Ok is it just me or when Viserys was firing Otto he intentionally mentioned the story how Baelon died, almost implying how convenient that was for House Hightower

I felt that too. It really mirrors how Viserys dismissed and banished Daemon for his enjoyment at rising politically at the expense f family tragedy.

Great video! I agree with you on the importance of the Storms End meeting of the marriage proposals, nice foreshadowing for an interaction of uncle and nephew. I believe Daemon may be heading back to Runestone because in the episode 5 trailer it looks as if he’s in The Vale, although it also shows him at Rhaenyra’s wedding banquet back at the Red Keep so perhaps he isn’t there for long. Tbh, I didn’t like Rhaenyra this episode. In particular the way she manipulated Ser Criston. I know he also didn’t refuse and was agreeable throughout the interaction, but it was definitely an abuse of her power which I didn’t like. It almost feels like she needs to grow up a bit and start taking things seriously. Maybe that will happen when we time jump and the actors are changed. All in all great summary 👍

Thanks for the kind words. I can't wait to head back to Storm's End. I think you're right about Daemon, I imagine he will almost certainly commit some more crimes next ep. It was uncomfortable to watch the Ser Christon and Rhaenyra scenes, but I think it was effective way to show that each character will break their morals given the opportunity for personal gain or pleasure. Over all the quality of the episodes has been so high I hope they can maintain it.
