@mariazaragoza1121 well HBOMAX aka MAX cancelled Legendary after 3 seasons at the height of it’s popularity and actually catching a solid fan base. When Discovery/Warner Bros. Became the Parent Company they decided to cancel some of HBOMax more “edgier” “alternative” programming. Lovecraft Country & Legendary were both cancelled plus other shows but what made it messy was that normally when content is cancelled you can still go and watch it but nope they removed Legendary all 3seasons from its archive can’t find a single episode anywhere other than what someone has posted on KZbin and that would only be a snippet not an official clip or trailer. Thats what made it messy and shady!

I loooooooove this format. Presenting ballroom through the tv medium is pretty tough to figure out but this format is far better than legendary. I still love legendary but we weren’t given time to really get into house dynamic, which I think is a huge factor in ballrooms charm. Their ability to create family. I honestly believe the creation of family and connection is ballrooms biggest appeal and that was lost on legendary.
