Front entry has a big flaw. You can’t do that elevated square because you will flood the house by trapping water there. It looks good but not functional. You need also a second exit door. Very nice otherwise

Very cute, but not to practical. Most people need a bigger kitchen and living area, a dedicated laundry room and some storage/closet space. Otherwise, like the design and paned glass.

Not my type. No fire exit in the back.with the living room and kitchen in the front.when fire occurs you will be trapped in your bedroom. 2 exit doors are important.

Windows are also emergency exits. One of the windows could easily be made french doors also. That shouldn't be a deal breaker given this just is showing a layout.

You have this one almost perfect except: close up the door leading out from the kitchen. Then remove window from dining area and add a French door or sliding glass door. Now finish the kitchen with more upper and lower cabinets and matching counter top. Now you will have a truly functional kitchen not an afterthought.

Yep, tight space around the bedrooms, living room, tiny kitchen, extensive use of built ins. Reminds me of a camper. Well, at least it has a pitched roof. Most of the plans have flat roofs, and I've NEVER seen a flat roof that didn't leak.
