i like and agree with what cong adiong stated in the latter part of the hearing. it goes something like this: u shouldn't personalize to personify a position (as digong did). that position is owned by the nation and people in totality. u don't joke around with a serious matter especially if it directs a serious agency and threatens many lives. for somebody in power and highest position, what u say becomes implicitly or explicitly a state policy.

Abante: "Vigilante killings are not necessarily police related!" For the knowledge: They talk about 3000 police killings compared to 16.000 vigilante killings. Abante loses the view: It is not the police who are the accused,... it is the PH government where the police is part of. Abante should give attention to the rising numbers of killings and should realize the concerning facts. He should give attention to the question if the Duterte campaign of the war on drugs did influence the rising unnecessary numbers of killing? He should likewise ask if there was gross negligence forcing such a rise of killings. We may not forget that the justification of collateral damage does not justify wrongful killings.
