Absolutely will declutter, I have but, not as much as I should because every child has been a boy after another. Because of that we keep the stuff for the next child to use instead of buying what we could of used. Same for the clothes, we keep it for the next child. So we have recycled everything by passing it down to the next child. However, I do agree with the decluttering.
