I'm curious about this process and I'm so thankful for this video because from what I can see you can actually raise a home whose foundation is on a concrete slab. My mothers home was truly affected by Harvey and its been a year and a month since the devastation that Harvey caused so many of our fellow Houstonians and my moms house is finally going to be renovated hopefully starting this month, (unfortunately when money is not readily available you have to wait to save) My question is this in this process of elevating your home for instance my Moms house is on a concrete slab I believe the home is about 1200 s.f. small 2 bedroom home with 1 bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room with a small den if she where to get this done does she have to move out during this process and if so after the process is done will there be and structural damage done to the inside and maybe outside of the home???? If anyone can answer this I would sincerely be grateful to you. Jackie C.

Harvey completely devastated my house which we lived in for almost 13 years. We didn’t even know we were flooding until we realized the water was in our garage and we basically had to swim to shelter. Ended up gutting the whole thing due to 6-7ft of water. I really hope we can find a way to raise our house so we don’t have this problem again.

For a small home it starts at 50,000. Then the skies the limit!😘

All depends on house size, weight, location, soil conditions, but generally starts at $15,000

You can't really do nothing with 15k. 10k to 25 it's just foundation leveling. Not raising.

It's not alot of money, it's more the 200 thousand dollars for a job like that. it's about half the price of a home todat
