I got the lumps out my sofa pillow by adding a thin mattress topper from Walmart. I bought a king size and cut it into pieces to put in the front of the lumpy inner cushions. I didnt need to do every back cushion.I made sure I cut each piece to were it went all the way down so you would see that I added something. It gv them so much structure and they are soft. I saw this hack on KZbin years ago from somebody.
