The price of this house is more than the price of my house in Canada and my house is just as large and modern. I can't understand why the prices are so ridiculously high in the Philippines? Are the brokers jacking up the price? This home is selling for 27.5m pesos and there isn't even a backyard to it? Why would I buy spend over half a million Canadian dollars on a home and have no backyard? This house can probably be built for 15m pesos including the lot.
