ganda Ng outdoor amenities.. Ganda din Ng facade... even sa labas Ng gate ang Ganda.. pero pag pasok mo SA loob ang gulo...nakakaligaw.. parang naging over price dahil SA layout Ng mga room.. even sa living area, dining and kitchen.. nawala ang class.. pero syempre taga present Lang Naman sila Sir Dean . kudos pa din SA presentor..

with the outdoor ameneties and layout, parng nadisappoint ako pagpasok ng house, I was exepcting too much lng tlga siguro with that outdoor space. Pero as always Sir magaling po tlga pg house tour mo. thnks.

Lay out is funky...and 7 rooms? that's for a very big family. I love the outdoor space, but aside from that, design is too maximized for me, leaving a very bad design layout. Lots of corners and spaces that has no defined use. I'm not an architect or a designer, but if I'm a buyer, i'll say pass on this one.

Potek kala ko OA lng ung mga ngccomment kasi tagal ko hinintay ung full house tour and que horror nga ung loob ng bahay 😂. Yung gazebo plng ang awkward n nga placement matitisod agad ung mga bisita. Awkward din tingnan ung archway pwede naman wala 😂. Pgpasok mo sagabal ung mga poste tapos bat andun ung mga switch 😂. Ung bedroom sa baba tinago p ung cr iikot pa sa labas 😂. Ung staff saan mg ccr??? bakit may pinto pasecond floor? Ung kala mo cr pag bukas m voila stairs papuntang underworld. Sobrang sikip ng staircase ung pa third floor handrail nlng nilagay 😂. Ung mga kwarto at hallway dami kanto at steps. Mema lang ako guys chill lng kayo. 😂

Mhhirapan sila mabenta to khit magaling ang presentor, malungkot tgnan un luob ng bahay, hndi magaan ang ambience, un mga kwarto ang ddilim walang natural light, ung layout ang gulo gulo. Living room and kitchen ang panget at ang liit. Un labas ng bahay maganda, that’s it. I say goodlucj mbenta sa asking price!

Overpriced masyado diba sila kumuha ng maayos na Architect? Taytay Rizal 65 Million😅😅 yung swimming pool kumakain ng alikabok dinikit ba naman sa car parking 😂😂 tapos yung kitchen parang maganda pa yung mga nakikita sa youtube na 10-20 Million sa Greenwoods Pasig well goodluck kung may bumili😢😢

I dont like the layout inside though its open layout but what is the purpose of pillar inside the living area? So annoying layout according to the my opinion very bad ..so pricey and bad interior anyway sorry we're had our opinion since were subscriber..✌️✌️😢🫳
