Kakapanood ko lang nung HOUSE TOUR 35 video ninyo bago ko mapanood ito and I have to say, that house is much better than this. Mas nagamit ng maayos ung space at mas maganda for half the price. 😊

60M, in San Fernando, 350sqm, and the finishes of the house are terrible. In 2024, metal roofs are still being built in a country where temperatures are very high.When presenting houses or other items, you must first make sure that the price corresponds to reality. Send some architects to study abroad, in other countries and if they don't learn anything, fire them!! Following these channels becomes ridiculous.

Overpriced af! Finishes looks cheap. The railing and handrail looks cheap (stainless steel talaga for a 60M house lol), fluted panels overload, the stone cladding tho natural looks cheap, tigilan na gumamit ng maliliit na sizes ng either artificial or natural stone cladding kasi di sya magandang tingnan lalo sa malayo, doors looks cheap, yung location ng provision ng TV sa baba seems inappropriate. Di ko to kayang bilhin yes. at kung may pera man ako, I’ll choose a 16M worth na house na nafeature na dito before, than this overpriced house. ✌️
