Clean and neat however the architect did not work on bringing in elements of visual and physical flow in the public spaces, natural light as the windows seem to small. Would look smarter with a four foot staircase. The cabinets in the rooms are a tad too small and the master could do with a walk in closet. The lighting cost for the house maybe astronomical. Good effort though.

Well,it is fairly priced for the number of bedrooms you get.However I don't like the exterior not the road,not the colours 🤷🤷 plus I feel one is too close to the neighbors,but I love the spacious rooms and wel lit .as always gd job showcasing ✅

I'm just going to go on ahead and say that nothing about that house justifies the 23 mill asking price. There are waaaay better house for way less. There are 5 bedrooms, all ensuite plus powder room with finishes like in built ovens and cooker, green spaces on the outside in a better neighbourhood for way less money
