Ayala projects very expensive, small space for rooms & floor plan tiny....In there projects .....In Ayala projects buyers r just paying for the "name's of..Ayala" . Prepare to get other company much lesser price the quality still the same..

Hi I understand your sentiment. Property Prices are still going even pandemic because of location, higher cost of material and cost of labor. If you can encourage everyone to get a property the better kasi developers are starting to sell condos in Laguna and Cavite as a primary home.

Hi, you can always get better quality homes from other developers however it's not just the name you're paying for but the location. If you are buying an Ayala Property you are buying into the community you will belong to like this one in Vermosa. Vermosa isa 700+ hecater mixed use development by Ayala like BGC or Makati. Just imagine living inside the next makati. I do appreciate you pointed this out. At the end of the day, we need to be discerning when purchasing property. God Bless!

Last time mali sila Ng sinendan Ng SOA Namin, dumating sa bahay Ng friend Namin, what are the chance na masend un sa kakilala Namin buti nalang. We even send it to Amaia pasking for explanation pero Wala. Kung ano galing Ng sales team nila eh bulok Ng admin.

This property may cost 2.5M in other locations but since this is in an Ayala Land Masterplanned community like BGC or Makati ganito na ang lowest price niya. Price varies on the type of house, developer, location and inclusions. Also price is also dependent on the prevailing prices within the area. I firmly believe this is still low since it's located inside an Ayala Masterplanned Development like Makati or BGC. Mataas ang chances na magdouble ito in the next 5-10 years.
