Bit pricey, 150 mil. The lay out is a bit confusing. It has both a residential and a Villa for rent vibe to it. So many rest rooms and kitchenettes, that it gives off an atmosphere of being a Villa for rent than being a private residential house. The event place was a cool concept, but it should be separated from the main house for privacy and security reasons. If ever the new owner would want the event place to be rented for monetary reasons, he/she should prioritize the security and privacy of his/her household. The total layout is unique and interesting, in its own right. There is still a great potential for it to be more elegant and eye catching, if a creative interior designer handles it properly. By using the unique layout of the house and incorporate somewhat a different style of approach in interior arrangement and decor, the house can eventually look much elegant and stylish.

too much wasted space. sana ginawang open to below yung yung part sa second floor to view the living area. andami ngang way to enter the house kahit sa balcony sa taas accessible sa event center which can cause securiy issues if may malaking event at maraming tao. ang weird ng bahay na to hahaha! parang hindi sya conducive to living eh, honestly mas mukha syang malaking villa sa Pansol
