I finally realized why many apartments have weird popcorn ceiling I couldn't understand why every apartment I've lived in had those ugly pebbly popcorn ceilings. It was baffling. But then later I learned it was a way to muffle sounds coming from your upstairs and downstairs neighbors. It was baffling!

What a waste of money to hack down all the walls. Toilet not practical to have no doors. Good luck trying to sell the flat

Not everyone has the goal to sell their flat for maximised profits, some prefer to spend the money to make the changes they want to have for their ideal type of home. If it is not your cup of tea, just keep it to yourself. There is no perfect home design for everyone my friend :)

Toilet have doors. Just that you when you're showering, the toilet section is exposed, which shouldn't be a problem because you tend to close the main door when you're showering also anyway so no one is supposed to use the toilet.

How do u proof that he is acting high class? Mispronouncing could be a habit .. it does not make him a superficial person. U dun even know him why attack him so personally. That's just mean. You are not perfect either .. dah dah dah .. dun say you are .. cos no one's is.
