Beautiful view at the balcony, had a similar style at my home in Cavite but my wife decided to add stairs outside for guest going to balcony for privacy purposes , guest don't have to get inside the house to reach the Balcony, but still i respect the developers and builders idea. .Beautiful house!!.

Overall the house is beautiful...Huge masters bedroom.. Just beg to differ about the so-called "walk-in" closet which was just a built in closet with full size mirrored doors not really a "walk in" as described since you can't "walk" inside it.. And how other walk-in closets are seen in other houses which is a separate room from the bathroom area, thus one "walks in" it...

Maganda sana yung house ..pero may kulang eh.. para sa akin mas maganda sana kung magkaron ng “LAUNDRY ROOM” sa bagay hindi uso sa pinas ang ganun set up. And yung 3 bedroom sa taas parang ang bored tingnan ng toilet and bath and dapat meron din sana powder room.yun lang po salamat ..

First, the house looks nice but It would help out a lot if you would mention room sizes, ceiling heights, what materials were used, what type of construction it was etc. Mention what is in the area, why should a person consider buying there? When you are showing the front elevation in your video, it’s a given that it’s the front area, no need to point out useless things like side pocket garden areas, we can see it in the video. Don’t say this is the front door but make it more catchy and say it’s an extra large door made of ______material. Say the carport is larger than normal size then MENTION the dimension of the area. Don’t show the inside of a cupboard unless there’s a special feature built in like soft close or what nots. In an area like the kitchen, do mention what is included in the purchase, mention the type of counter ie, granite, quartz, etc. Don’t say an area is a breakfast nook when it is just a “peninsula”. Use of Correct terms also helps your viewers. Showing a bathroom, don’t point out the obvious that it has a counter, shower, and the toilet itself…shouldn’t a bathroom have all those? Point out the interesting features of the bathroom, ie marble flooring, granite top, again the size of the room. We see there’s a window but if you’re going to point out a window, mention why you’re featuring it. It is really annoying when one just keeps saying “high ceilings” without mentioning the height, or saying it’s a large room without giving the dimensions of the room. You will lose audience if you keep mentioning what is obvious while viewing your video. It gets boring and sometimes it can get annoying. Please prep what you will say before actually going in to record your video. My apologies for this comment but just wanted to share my frustration.

Always ask for a manual with pictures during construction. Don't buy a property when an owner can't provide. On concrete houses, the design flaws are always hidden and hard to identify. You could be buying a lemon.

You did not mention the cost of the property I like the design but I don't like the master bedroom design for the toilet bowl facing the tub which is not appropriate I prefer the toilet has a door itself to be separated because the smell of toilet while you're having a shower or using the bath tub the house design is beautiful except I don't like the toilet bowl no partition
