Love your family oriented home. I think it's wonderful you chose to be with your children. These are tough times and having loving, involved parents keeps the children close. The greatest compliment my daughter gave us is telling her husband she wants to raise her boys like she was raised. He came from a fractured family and it left its scars. PLEASE turn the seams of the fabric lamp shades to the back of the lamp!!! As a lamp designer from Austin, there really is nothing that ruins a beautiful lamp faster than seeing the “seam.” The house is gorgeous, the lamps are gorgeous and good lamp shades are a big investment, don’t let this detail that’s simple to fix ruin your room, it draws the eye like a magnet.
