The video I watched just before this one ALWAY MAKES ME CRY. It is the one where the men are doing a tribal ceremonial dance, Dorothy and Manilla are on the side lines trying to jump like they do. Dorothy then gets Cali and takes him where the young ladies are gathered. Dorothy extends her hand in a high five way to the ladies and they high five her. Then one wants to hold Cali. Dorothy lets her and they all adore him. One of the young men, very tall young man offers Dorothy his hand, she takes it and he takes her to where they are dancing. The whole thing is so preciously innocent, sharing and caring on both of their parts. Why can't we all be that way today and forever. What is wrong with us America. Just the tenderness, respect and caring of all of them just fills my heart with such joy I cry. They are happy tears for sure!!!

That is wonderful and amazing. When I was your age, I was traveling by Lambretta 135 scooter with two guitars on the back around the US, singing our way around. We took $50. We met Amon Hennesy and stayed for a week helping him out at his SLC Joe Hill House. We traveled from there to Chicago & spent Thanksgiving with our folks in Cleveland. Then on to N.Y. state where we were thought to be "communists" by how we were traveling. This was during the Cuban Missile Crisis. . We went to conferences in Nyack for Student Peace Union (Vietnam war was raging), and SNCC civil rights organizings and then we headed south. Had very educational experiences in 1962 Mississippi, hit New Orleans for New Years, when the artists close up in fear. Then on to Austin TX for the Spring semester at UT. We worked in that very early integration time when just the Greyhound stations and the Catholic schools were integrated. So--long story shorter than it really is-we were involved in the Civil Rights Movement & the Peace movement instead of the Peace Corps and way before computers, cell phones and KZbin. Did we feel we wasted our youth. Not on your life. Every generation gets to do something important. So Register and VOTE! Peace out. Octogenarians Oakland 2020 .

There is a video where Garrett is giving a talk at BYU, his alma mater and he explains that he sold his company for I think 43 Million bucks and that encouraged them to sell all their possessions & travel instead. They raised $42000 that way and now they have offers from corporate advertisers and that's how they do it. But-Garrett has incredible skills as a videographer/photographer & Jessica is pretty skilled, too. The family is very physically attractive so start amassing your skill set and Go Do It!

Why did you deactivate the commentary-section of nearly all your previous videos?
@alyssagrace17065 жыл бұрын
They don't have control over it. KZbin will be the ones to turn it off. It's been an issue recently for many KZbinrs
@nobodysecret86325 жыл бұрын
Why? Thats totally Billshit!
@ebethd59764 жыл бұрын
Because of creeps who see videos with kids in them and then do predatory things. KZbin started doing it during a time when there was simply too much ugliness going on with stuff like that, and initially they just disabled comments any time there were kids in a video. Generally speaking, if someone’s video shows little kids in vulnerable positions (topless/swimming/naked/bathing), the comments will be disabled. I hate that KZbin felt they had to do it, but I appreciate them taking a step to try and moderate something that shouldn’t exist, but does. 🤷🏼♀️

Of course, Garrett would remind you that sharks are friends with a bad reputation, but whale sharks are very different. They are filter feederd who mostly eat plankton. They dont attack anything. They have teeth but don't use them to eat. Very gentle giants.
