For me, this is an incredible house. The plan is what I am looking for, the size is great, the kitchen has tons of storage space (there is even a pantry), and the amenities are awesome. Is there some way you can hit 'pause' on this house and hold it for four years? Hahaha...did not think so. But good job on the video and 'kudos' to the designer and builders.

I love how reasonably priced big houses are in Cebu. Here in the NCR, Townhomes and Condos would already range from 10M to 50M! That's not even a house as big as that! Now I am thinking if I go abroad and work for a couple of years, should I just buy a land in Cebu or maybe buy a newly built home as beautiful as this? Coz honestly, Metro Manila is already too congested with migrants from different provinces.
