This young couple has done a wonderful job remodeling /tweaking their home. The grand scale arches was a brilliant choice for the overall flow of the rooms. The children are beautiful like their mom and the dad is correct to believe this will be a happy place for them to grow up. Just Lovely.

As a native Virginian and having been to Fredericksburg many times, this is a lovely example of a historic Virginia farmhouse. Nicely done preserving many of it's historic features while bringing it in line with 2024 living.

What a beautiful family! They all look like they stepped out of a Carl Larsson painting. I was not expecting the interiors to look as they did, but I loved the global accessories and the large scale paintings. And those dining chairs were stunning in both rooms! I loved the brightness of what they use as the family office; it seems like a wonderful creative place for the kids. Plants, ceramics, art, beautiful architecture, chickens galore and lots of wine- what’s not to love? Very impressive couple and home!

Spectacular! There are so many gorgeous historical homes in Fredericksburg. This is so well done. I especially love the kitchen design. It’s elegant, artful, kind of sexy ( I’ve never said about a kitchen). This home is unique, modern and traditional perfection! On another note, comparing stair-step kiddos to a never ending episode of Chopped is pretty accurate 🤣!

Well, it’s beautiful and different that’s for sure and for Falmouth, it’s probably very much a talking point since you’re still smack in the middle of traditional colonialism with influences of the antebellum south, therefore the NYC curated gallery look hasn’t quite taken complete hold here just yet and with you being right outside Fredericksburg, you’re on the edge of a unique pocket which is such a mix that it works. Plus, what you did that was really smart was you improved upon the bones of the house, therefore any future owners shouldn’t have to undo everything because really the basics are in keeping!
