Who is the engineer or architect? Who's the "noob" who put the power sockets in the bathrooms, next to the taps? But when you build houses in the Philippines, is there someone who inspects or is it enough to pay the inspector to have usability? Someone washes their hands, and dies!! It would be better to sacrifice a space for another car to give a better space for service area particularly the staff quarters. It looks like a storage room, unhabitable. Make your service area, a bit open to encourage airflow. Very ugly and cheap looking floors I'd say. What's with the pattern dude?
