ang mahal pero dalawang carport lang.. maganda but the downside is for a bigger family kulang ung carport. Daming wasted space para sa carport nalang sana.. and isa pa ung island counter an taas.. kung sino mang architect nito, d ata pinoy. the thing I appreciate is the maids room na makatao, may AC pa.

Why does such a large property only have a two-car carport? The owner will have no choice but to park their other vehicles in front of the gate or on the road in front of the property. Specially if the owner are a big family.

The art pieces and its colors (psychedelic chandeliers?!) are too vibrant that they don't contribute to the cohesiveness and balance of the whole design making a supposed gorgeous house looking cheap. I would remove all those art pieces, sculptures and figurines and make things less busy but simpler in its over-all looks. And what's with all those bulky work tables in the work space and in the master - may reception area?! Revamp the interiors, color choices of the art pieces - make it a home than an edifice of something. The only classy art work is the stained glass window.
