.......why spend P35M in an area where flooding is an issue. There are a lot of modern high-end Subdivision around with better infrastructure and not congested. I believe P35M is not worth it. Just my opinion.

Masyadong magulo at masikip ang design nito. Sabi mo modern industrial pero pag pasok mo sa loob labo labo na design. I'm not sure who to blame hear if it is the the architech or the owner. There's no elegance that I've seen in this house...alot of cheap stuff that are used..
