Hi from daegu! Our apartment doesn't have any wet bathrooms, thank God. Here, the more expensive the apartment, the less chance you have of having a wet bathroom. You have a very soaps and bright place 😊

The attic space definitely was a huge bonus for us, lots of places in Korea were tiny, and yes that shower toilet combo seemed to be a norm here since we've seen it in different properties during our hunt for a home 😅 lol

Hi! How exciting! We like Korea so far. Living off base was only an option for us since the time we PCS housing on post was full. If one really would like to stay on post you would normally be put on a waitlist and with us being in a hotel for almost a month we just couldn't wait and the hubbs preferred off post anyways and it all worked out for the best.

Hi! So rent definitely is base on rank and the OHA money you'll be getting, it's not a townhome per say its more of a condo. We live on the top floor (4th floor) which we lucked out only properties on the top floor has the attic upstairs area. This was within our OHA money which was 1.9million won. Keep in mind even if you go under your given OHA money you don't pocket it so its best to use the full amount on a property that suits for you which what we did😅

Thank you so much !! I am aware of rent is based on rank. I was checking to see if we would qualify 🤣. I would rather live on post at humphreys since I have littles who I believe are too little for the bus. I am hoping there are on post housing available when we arrive but if not this condo looks beautiful and spacious compared to others I've seen here in these youtube streets! I appreciate your response thank you. Just a little nervous 🥴
