the builder and owner only shows na may pagpapahalaga sila sa mga staff nila dahil hindi tinipid yung service area at staff toilet and bath...kudos to them.

Cool! The imperfection is the master shower room! They could have made the glass enclosure taller, I saw you getting in and out with your head down to avoid bagging your head with the door mechanism! I have the same mechanism in my guests bathroom like shown in your video only higher than that, 7ft…kitchen could have more organized and uniformed cabinetry and walk-in pantry is a must on that size of a house… family room is usually attached to the open concept kitchen instead of formal dining area, kitchen and family room is always the center place where family and guests stays all the time…. Just my thoughts only!

bfast in the balcony would be awesome...the 1st bedroom would be the helpers room...aside from the huge ass glass window and the half shower cover i like everything else..anyways the house across the street looks nice too huge kids playground..i noticed the house across the street have tinted windows...should have done the same here...or its prob just me being a more private person..

There's something wrong with the indicated measurement of the floor area. Kitchen and dining area is 20 meters x 20 meters? That's already 400 sqm. Bigger than the lot itself 😏
