watching this now na planning nadin to go back sa family this year after almost a decade of being independent (as in nakahiwalay) sa pamilya. This time, magkakaroon na ko ng sarili kong space sa bahay which is separate room, dati kasi iisang room lang kami ng lola at mother ko. Now, magkakaroon na ko ng sariling kwarto dahil yung uncle ko recently passed away 2 months ago, and wala ng mag kwarto dun sa isang room. Ang gastos bumili ng gamit sa kwarto, pero tiyaga lang kasi matagal naman magagamit and agree ako kay Ben, mama is not getting any younger, so sa tingin ko naman sapat na yung mga learnings and freedom ko simula nung humiwalay ako sa family ko. Goodluck sa bago nating journey Ben!

This is 💯 true. One of the best decisions I made is to move back with my parents. My dad passed away last year but I dont have any regrets. I moved back with them when the pandemic started. I also work from home so I spent a lot of time with my dad before he was diagnosed with stage 4 Cancer.

You did the right thing, Ben. Make time with your parents while you can and while they can. I was working abroad to give my mom a decent and comfortable life. Unfortunately, she passed away while I was overseas. It’s so sad that she will no longer see what I have achieved and what I will achieve. So, never neglect your parents before everything is too late. 🤍

Huhuhu just want to thank you. I felt pressured to move out of my parents house just because everyone is doing it But thank you for reminding me that family is more important ❤ and a good reminder to really spend time with them while they are still healthy

i suggest kuya ben. hire an architect din po heheh, they can help you planning spaces , solutions sa heat problem of each area, giving you advice best material to use, p.s d ko to sinasabi kasi naghire sya ng engr. huhu and baka kasi meron din under kay engr na arki na nagsusuggest.

Good location and nice ambience.same dilema din ng buhay ko. Add lang, Try to have interior designer or architect,help for sustainability, long term savings, meet ur needs and lifestyle and more. I think elle uy vlogger can be helpful kasi other than design , budgetarian din. :)
