If you constantly clean and organize every time you get a chance, hindi ma accumulate ang dumi or gulo sa mga bagay bagay. Pwede maglinis and organize kahit hindi tapos. You buy and add things and stuff AFTER you finish the house. Wa Pa gani mahuman, you packed up plants and all. It gets overwhelming that you can’t keep up anymore. First things first. Be patient. Cge shopping nya wa pay tarung kabutangan. Just saying.

Ipa ulit mo yong bubong ng bahay hindi matibay. Dapat meron pa yan tie beam paikot na mag hold ng wall ng buong bahay at lagyan ng dalawang patong pa ng hollowblock bago maglagay ng bubong. Palitan mo ng trusses bakal para matibay ang kakapitan ng bubong.

Iyon din napansin, sad kasi hindi yata nila alam iyon na hindi na recommended iyon kahoy pa ginamit nilang trases ng bubong saka iyon bubong parang iyon dati pa ginagamit madaling kainin ng kalawang. Iyon kisame din hindi lang sa bagyo kundi sa anay kalaban ng bahay iyan, palagi gumamit na sila dapat ng matibay, magtatagal sa bahay, gumastos na rin lang naman sila😢. It’s a big house congrats but I think attention to details yong lay out ng roof oarang bubong sa tindahan. PAG Bagyo madaling malipad kasi yong trusses or rafter parang wala Basta lang nilagay ang kahoy. Also the wall should have big post in between to hold and to make it stronger parang dititso lang sya hopefully it is ok. Di yata nag suggest ang panday basta lang maka bubong.
