Greetings from Canada. Wondering how the flex is? And would you be kind to share how your flooring is done and how it stays rigid? Been wanting to build a houseboat for a long long time. And was thinking of building the floats with inexpensive poly totes with wooden 2x4 studs used inside the poly boxes to reinforce its strength like how they construct bulkheads and stringers. Thanks in advance!

We are using 6mm thick wall thickness on our extrusion. The rear deck might have a fair bit of flex. The super structure will keep the other half very square and strong. A trussed handrail all around would really help.
