Glad I found these videos I just had a meeting with housecall pro. Still debating what to do. I really would like more commercial clients.

Thanks! For commercial there’s a few I’d recommend considering - especially if you’re targeting multi-contact businesses/property managers/etc. Depends on your industry and processes. I’ve worked with a few clients on the transition or expansion so feel free to book some free time in my calendar to see if I can help give you some alternatives 👍🏼

@@RehashDigitalHey, thanks for your videos. What CRMs do you consider for commercial clients? Thanks
@RehashDigital3 ай бұрын
@@altamontelectric it depends on your type of service, complexity of projects, and how you get new commercial customers. The most expensive would be something like servicetitan or you can split the CRM and FSM functions into 2 systems. Feel free to book a free consultation with me if you want a more tailored recommendation!

Hi Joe! Does HCP have integration with quickbooks?
@RehashDigital5 ай бұрын
It does! Most field service software do for the most part. Which do you use? QBO or Desktop?
@dawnwebbmusic48375 ай бұрын
@@RehashDigital thank you! I think they use Desktop. I really want to present the best options and finding lots on Service Titian, HCP and Jobber. They need integration of QB and to access the customer history for field technicians. Greatly appreciate your review and detail in the video. Thank you again!

Depending on the business, Thryv is one of the best all in one solutions for field service recently. Highly recommend comparing it to the others. Here’s my top 3: www.rehash.tech/field-service-software

I am inquiring about your experience or knowledge regarding Mobile Automotive Tech Services. I operate a small mobile automotive service company and have observed that many home service applications often overlook crucial aspects that are specific to the automotive industry. If they do have these features, they tend to be situated within expensive tiers that include features which are not relevant to our needs. Most automotive shop software systems are designed with traditional garages in mind and come equipped with numerous features tailored for brick-and-mortar operations, consequently lacking essential functionalities for a mobile, home service-based automotive business. Could you share any insights on this matter?

Thank you for the comparisons. It is difficult to go back and forth between platforms while operating, although it's good to test them out. We have been using Jobber for some time with awesome feedbacks from clients, Vs HCP. HCP seemed attractive because of what is included in the basics. Currently the trial seems alright. The site lags and less ergonomic with navigations. More isn't always the best, seems overly packed. Jobber has awesome navigation and design simplicity, they are on point. That includes mobile and site. For small operations, less is more and most importantly clients pay online, which is on both platforms.

That's why I'm here! I test the platforms so that you can narrow down which ones fit your needs (feel free to book a free consultation on my site!). My biggest recommendation, regardless of size of business, is to do a quick map of your business process from Lead to Payment. Meaning client entry points, CTAs, conversions, job management, quoting & pricing, invoicing, accounting, and reputation management. The larger your business, the more detailed this should be. Once you have a full list of this from a client perspective, do the same map for your internal team. With both maps, you can start comparing which features in different software are essential, nice to have, and irrelevant. Every business's priorities, situations, and markets are different which is why my clients find my expertise helpful (but definitely doable yourself in house as well).
