This is exactly what im looking for especially with that outside kitchen... the only thing i would change here is the pool, i would rather have a garden with a fire pit in the middle.. how much would this cost without the pool? Whats the lot requirement and what is the floor size?

Im glad they like it. This house has all the items in my "No Go" list. Walkind directly into the living room is rotten. That kitchen is an absolute deal breaker. Tiring to cook in. It is a case of form over function, made to look good. The lack of any dedicated dining space is a real turn off. Also, with 4 bedrooms you must be prepared to house and feed up to 8 people on a semi-regular basis.
