I would remove the island bar counter because it's a waste of space and then just extend the counter to make a bigger workspace on top and bigger storage below. Add a glass partition up to the ceiling on the island, so it looks like an open kitchen, like in a Café, or maybe not, and then also add an electrical outlet on the counter. If the lot area is a bit wider, I would like to have a closet by the front door to store shoes, umbrellas, etc. If it is wider, then maybe move the refrigerator by the bathroom wall, and add a pantry cabinet and another utility closet, so it opens the sink and cooking counter space. In the backyard/utility area, I would move the sink and washing machine to the other side so that there is space for a dryer. I also would avoid putting any AC on top of where the bed is going to go. The common bathroom is a good size, love the niche because this gets mostly forgotten in the design. I would remove the step-up to the rooms because the size and layout are great for a future retirement home for the elderly. For the master bedroom, if the size allows it, I would move the bed to face the master bathroom wall. Remove the awning/picture window facing the street and just add windows on either side of the bed. I love the wood accents on the walls, it makes the house feel warm and inviting, and modern. The house is a good minimalist design and for a small family of four, hashtag goals po. The electrical box, where is it? That box is necessary but always an eyesore.

Wow beautiful and and airy, the floor plan is spacious and functional, love the entertainment area and all the niches on the wall for displaying collectibles. The "L" type kitchen layout is very functional and the breakfast nook with storage under and microwave. Love the idea of wall gardening, a pergola would be nice. The frontage is beautiful. .thank you for sharing. I have a property 265 sq m, now watching this video gave an idea for my dream home. Do you build homes?
