Achappam we call it as gulab puluvu(flower).... Maida 2cups Rice flour 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Eggs 3 and cardamom powder....mix these as batter .need to keep that achapam stick in hot oil and then dip in batter and fry it till brown

This is called rose flower making tool. First we need to prepare batter ( 1 cup maida, 1 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup corn corn flour is option, if we use this gives a crispyness and it will loosen the batter from the rose flower making stick, 1/4 elaichi powder and a pinch of salt should be added to make. The batter should be in flowey like not too much thick or either watery. Then u should rest the batter for atleast 1hour. Place kadhai and pour oil and place the rose flower stick in oil and it should get heat , and when the oil becomes too heat take out the stick and dip it in the batter, but don't dip fully and place it in the oil and leave for 10 seconds and with one hand catch the stick and with an help of a knife slowly drop the rose flower in oil and fry for 2 to 3 minutes and take it out
