We have been evacuated since this past Wednesday because of the Forest Fires here in BC Canada . You never know what to take, we had no power since Thursday and I was fearful for our freezers which we have 3, one is just full of Moose . We were able to get a 120 min permit to go back for RX medicine and we cleaned out our freezers , lots went into the trash But all our wild & domestic meat was still frozen 😀. Our evacuation has been extended on to the 22 . I have my family and friends whom are safe , our cats are with us, I am choosing to focus on this . Stay safe and healthy everyone .

I'm a big fan of keeping things stocked up I don't like running out at the last minute of anything at all but this lady I could watch her every single day for hours she takes care of everyone everyone everything she doesn't offer her family and that's just how I did it with my six kids and I have so much respect for her and everything that she does the stocking up the meal prep everything she's fabulous she never leaves anyone out she thinks about each and every one of them individually what they need what everyone in the whole house needs as a whole she's amazing totally amazing I love this lady

We use a lot of Dawn as well . . .our dishes are clean when they go into the dishwasher to sanitize and we use Dawn and vinegar mixed to clean the shower! Love your stock-up videos. I love to be stocked up as well. Take care!!

Blue Dawn mixed with Hydrogen Peroxide in a 40/60 mix is the best stain fighter , I mix and store in metal spray bottle as HP degrades in light , it removes so many stains and is so budget friendly. Pre treat your stains , I find it works way better then store bought , my hubby works in a Lumbrr Mill and it removes the stains he brings home .

At end when you said "it feels good to have everything stocked" I think that's so true. Even if we all make different choices for our families on what is important to stock... That feeling I get when I get things put away from a shopping trip is very relaxing.

Housework is something you do that nobody notices until you don't do it! Hahahaha, so true! I also rinse or soak my dishes in dish soap before putting them in the dishwasher, and it is surprising how much dish soap I go through. I was glad to hear I'm not the only one. If you put your Dawn dish soap in a push top soap dispenser you will use less soap. You will be amazed

This spring I found wide mouth canning lids at our Canadian Tire online from a neighboring town , I ordered 45 dozen . Was so happy to find them .I just put up 51 quarts of Dills on Wednesday just before we go our evac order .

2 Gallon Bags can be found at Walmart. You can find the big parchment, plastic or alumni from big box kitchen stores!

Love seeing your restocks. And believe it or not I have a wall hanging in my kitchen that states Nobody notices what I do until I don't do it. Got it about 10 years ago when the kids were little and I could never believe that no one would say oh the table is cleared off. The living room looks nice etc., so I put that up. However the still don't really notice I do not think lol. hugs

I can totally agree with your statement at the end. I ended up in the er and Friday had a complicated gallbladder removal. I came home last evening and in just that short amount of time I see chores stacking up. I'm just going to have to suck it up. Thanks for your channel and positive attitude. I enjoy watching you.

I love your stock up videos! Today was my Kroger, Sam's and Costco stock up day. My freezer was getting low and it was time to check inventory on the kitchen pantry and working pantry. It feels really good to be stocked up. I made my laundry soap a few weeks ago and have about a years worth put away. Tomorrow is laundry day. :-) The fun never ends!!!! :-)

If you use oven cleaner 'OFF' in the fume-free on your sheet trays that stuff comes off with some little scrubbing. Can do them in a large sink or bathtub. They will look brand new.

If your sheet trays get bad looking, just put them in the oven on self cleaning mode and it cleans them right up!

Wow, you found a lot of canning lids! I haven't found any boxes of the lids, but a few boxes of lids and bands in the last year. I have friends who have asked me to pick them up whenever I see them, so I look whenever I go to the stores.
