Something to note. It seems to be 4 ultras this time per box instead of 3 since they upped the number of cards in this set. All the openings I've seen have had 4 ultras per box.

People at my locals were coping that Thrust would go down to $20, but I agree it'll level at $50. Bonfire is gonna be money. Accel last year picked at $60, and that was only run at 1 copy in certain decks.

I honestly think that Bonfire can be a 2 of. It’s hard once per turn and Fire decks don’t even have a target for it just yet except volcanics at this very moment. Populus will take another month to get here so the value can change a lot from post release to populus release.

@@SwagMaster824 you’d play 3 in centurion imo, you take all the starters you can when they’re all 1 card combo and your deck still has room for like 20 non engine Edit: also keep in mind those good decks all require discards. In centurion stand up requires a card, in king diabell requires a card. You def play 3 bon in them and just pitch the duplicates

I think that they could be basing Bonfire off of Wanted’s current market price and then adjusting it for pull rates. At least, that’s the only logical reason I can think of.

Baronne de Fleur came from a side set and it was $100 when it came out and stayed that price till it got reprinted. I was hoping bonfire would be $50 but with the card being sold out at $70 it'll unfortunately will be super expensive smh

Her OG printing is a short print in a duelist pack. That's a bit different than 3.6 per case in a deck build set, she was 2 per case in a box that got slapped quickly by a banlist hurting lyrilusc
