Wish they are transparent with the ameneties they provide. Clubhouse was promised in phase 2, and even after 10years , there's no sign of clubhouse in phase 2, and we are made to pay non usage charges on top of life membership

It looks everything is rosy. But not so. Tremendous construction noise is killing peace. Hiranandani doesn't bother about residence staying near the newly construction building. No effort to get noisy work done away from residential Towere. It's a huge cost to get Water as Hiranandani doesn't provide borewell.Added to it, higher floors come with huge maintenance Cost for Pumping, Fire system and Lifts. After spending all the money there is no peaceful stay due to ongoing construction in the site which may take another 10 to 15 years to complete. Had I known all these I wouldn't have bought the apartment in Hiranandani Egattur

Dear friends, Hiranandani is collecting/ forcing you to pay hefty sum as life membership fee for the club house. Please be aware of the charges for non usage of clubhouse. Yes. You heard it right for NOT using the clubhouse in which you are already a life member. This is not funny. If you do not pay it accrues and you have eventually pay.

It is not as nice as they are claiming They have not built club house for phase 2 and for phase one all flat owners paid corpus fee still they are charging non usage charges even if you don’t visit club house. This is totally unfair and future buyers need to exercise caution

Don't risk. They short change you with only promises. My friends and folks regret buying there.... have yiu heard of a fee fir not using a facility. That's how unfair they are. Stay away if you can
