Your succulents aren't getting enough light. They're tall and leggy, that's probably why you're having a hard time identifying it. The leaves will grow larger and closer together with more light. It looks like it's a rosette shaped one that is supposed to be short and compact to the ground. My house doesn't have good light so my succulents had gotten leggy also.

Your Monstera Deliciosia is actually a Monstera Adansonii.
