We bought our home in 2015 and now that our kids are getting older, we’re wanting to get something bigger. But that is not in our budget now. The price of new homes in our area is crazy. Even the older ones too. Guess we’re gonna have to get creative.

Like building a new room or add a new floor? Also, maybe you could hire an interior designer/architect to optimize the existing space you got? Best
