From what's shown in the video, it needs a little cosmetic work here and there, nothing major. The main floor layout is a little strange but it has possibilities, it could work. The upstairs master bedroom is off the hook. All in all, nice, real nice.

Bedrooms are small n bathrooms not appealing for it to be new, theirs so many options for a elegant bathroom, the master is gorgeous.
