Thanks Susan. Your mid century modern bungalow looks like a yurt they pit walls up on the interior and exterior and then slapped a roof on it. Certainly an interesting build that would take a certain type of buyer. That last property in Mulga I think it said something about it being capable of being a duplex. I was thinking that when I saw the space downstairs to the left of the stairs leading to the front door upstairs. I don't want to do stairs anymore at my age. But I was thinking what you were thinking about that kitchen, then thinking I think there are 2 kitchens in this house. My sister in-law lived in a split level and there was a whole apartment downstairs like the upstairs where she and her new husband lived while her mother-in law and a few of her old kids lived upstairs. Thank goodness for drones and those who fly them. Hope your safe where you are. Be blessed.
