From Season 2 Episode 2 "Planes, Drains And Great Deals": Eric’s estate is filled with quality furniture, industrial machinery, fancy china, and an antique suit of armour with a showbiz past. He even owns a pristine military plane from WWII valued at $108,000.
To make matters worse, a backed-up sewer almost sinks Cari’s sale and a plumber has to be called in. Away from the sale, Cari travels to Toledo and unearths a designer Danish rocking chair from the 1950s. Bought for $50, she refurbishes it and features it in her store for $900.

Those prices would get a side-eye out of me, for certain. The leather chairs are about $800 /pair..retail. Not estate sale. $600 was fair. If they were legit 19th century antiques the price would be higher, but 1940s? I'd have walked on by. The china is worth zero if it has gold or other metal on it. No microwave, no dishwasher, no sale. The Minton had a green rim, so it went. The gold-rimmed stuff probably went to charity.
