Switch Rooms at 6 months you both have a chance to experience them and if you still can't pick just keep switching every 6months or whoever gets the best room pays a little more rent so the person in the other room has a price break

Jodi is so talented . Knows the market , knows how to filter for the customer and her design eye is superior. Plus she is firm but very nice and helpful .

I'd bet that the production people for the show are the ones that know the market.

Topic idea: When/how to have meaningful communications without fear of judgment is big! So many of us walk on eggshells in some relationships . This creates big cracks in relationships for the long haul !

Having a rental that needs work and landlords that are willing to change it up is the difference between America and Canada.

For two people who were living in a *TINY* tent, they sure were critical about the apartments they viewed. An uninsulated, single car garage would be a huge step up from a tent.

Ru kidding me. The last place was so small. Might as well stay in the tent

I would be livid if a tenant painted a wall dark horrible pink. It made the room look tiny and it will be an absolute nightmare to paint over again. They’d never see their deposit again and I’d sue for the additional cost to have a professional paint over it and for every second of my time that it took to deal with the issue and every additional day of missed rent due to having to have it repainted. This is why landlords say no when tenants want to paint. Stuff like that.

If you paint it gray and then back to white it is an easy fix

In Ont landlords are not allowed to ask the tenants to pay damages & security & cleaning & pet deposit & you able to paint ur apartment without landlord permission has long you repaint it to a neutral colour if the colour you pick was not neutral colour And the key deposit that landlord is allowed to ask for is only allowed to be the cost it cost you to have the key made Also a landlord won’t be to get the tenants to pay for damages cause at the rental if the ltb grant order for the tenant to pay for damages cause at rental And small claims court won’t hear the case if the landlord was not granted a order for the tenants to pay for damages caused at the rental

Wow. Livid? Sue? You are the landlord nobody wants. You say, you'll need to repaint before I refund you. Say it would really help you out. Jeesh.

Really, House to Home, you need to do better at listing your episode line ups before you post your marathons.

I am really glad we have these shows to inspire us. I have spent too many years being stuck in critical thinking. When you get older you realize what's more important and that is what we have been given with so many colors and wildlife and plants. And yes, inspiring videos to help make our homes lovely and functional.

TOO MUCH FAST NON-GREEN/SUSTAINABLE DECOR & OBJECTS USED. This show is like a promotional serving suggestion for farting carbon emissions!
