23:23 I met a lady in 1999 in Paradise, California who was driving a vintage 64 VW with 6000 miles on it. Her husband bought it in LA the first day offered in CA. He drove it home and dropped dead! She took such good care of it, everything was original. I was driving an 80s VW vanagon camper at the time. Love the bugs
