I'd advice you boil the sheets and let them stay in the water. While layering the lasagne pick the sheet one by one and place it in the baking dish. You don't need to pour it out from the boiling water and add oil again. Also don't put so many sheets all together. Depending on your pot size just boil 2- 3 sheets at a time and keep placing them directly in the dish while layering.
