I remember growing up, my mom always put the pans on the table. I think everybody did that (and many still do). It's convenient that way and easy clean up. I know the struggle with the pan. I have that they are either too small so not everything fits in it or when the pan is bigger the problem is where do I store it. The apple zweet potato cake looks delicious.

The Kawazu cherry blossoms were gorgeous! Everything is blooming ahead of schedule where we live. My husband and I have tickets to a Sake and Sakura event at the end of next week at our local botanical gardens, but the cherry trees are already blooming and I’m worried they’ll be gone by the time we get there. At least there will still be sake 😁

When your butter is hard and it needs to be softened for the recipe grate it on a grater or put it under an apple corer and it makes it a lot easier to work with :) xx

Hi Linna!! Those pollen glasses were really cool, I have never seen them before. They are made like that so pollen doesn't get into your eyes? That's so smart! I made some fudge yesterday using an at home fudge making kit I forgot I had from Christmas. It turned out really good! It is very rich and chocolately, just like I like it. I also ran to the bookstore and picked up some new books to read--my eyesight is poor, but I still enjoy reading when I can. I enjoy fantasy and romance novels the most. Thanks to a friend of mine, I also got some face masks from Korea! She went there for vacation and brought me some skincare, since I am admittedly not the best at taking care of my skin. I am excited to try a mask after I finish my homework for the day. She also got me some kind of moisturizer since my skin is very dry. I am allergic to some kinds of skin care, but she promises me that this will not cause any reactions. I hope it works! She spent a lot of money, so I am definitely going to try everything so she doesn't waste her money. I bought a flower yesterday too. It is a pink hyacinth, the same color as my favorite Pokemon, Mew. Thank you for the update and I hope you're all well!

I have several things to mention! I absolutely love when I see new videos. Your salmon colored sweater was so beautiful on you. Lovely color for your skin tone. Watching your videos over the past year or two, I don't know why it's surprising, but people all over the world basically live the same. I tried face masks before. They smell lovely and I love the cooling affect it has on my face (because I run pretty hot a lot of days naturally) But it's hard to get past that odd slimy texture they all seem to have.
