Keep building more housing units and overall prices will come down - wealthier people will move to new buildings putting pressure on older buildings to lower prices

Not a very good discussion on how to deal with the problem of rising rents along the Streetcar. The Tenant organizer seems to just wants to prevent any development along the line and I bet he'd be happier if it never existed and kept Main St. cheap and undesirable. The councilor also seems to view public transit as some form of welfare or handout for the poor rather than a good investment and a reliable form of transportation. I can't imagine either of them actually want to see the streetcar and KC succeed

"Who benefits?" The rich Developer's and Landlords who charge over 1500k monthly (and higher) for rent then mandate a person must earn 3x that monthly to even fill out an application. Level of profit? hahahahahahahaha Greed rules America!
