Everything is good except the open gutters. that open gutter should have been closed with some holes by the side were waters enters it , and also a pedestrian walkways should be constructed, people aren't supposed to be walking on roads, roads are for cars. but the houses are good

First time I visited uyo I notice d gutters in most of their roads are not closed. And it's not a gud one for a place of such standard. Atleast it shud have been closed to prevent accident especially at night. The govt needs to do something about it

The reason is to enable cleaning. With time the state government will start looking at better cleaning systems and that will help with proper drainage construction and walkways.

Thank you. Depending on the phase you should be looking at #500k and above for a 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom #700k + (it depends on the house and where it's located in Osongama) some people have been lucky to find for less though.

Am working on this but most property owners are skeptical when it comes to anything online. But am working on that and will get us more infos soon. Thank you❤️

@@murshofficial You like it hot and I like cold ! That’s life! But there’s no leave her alone joor inside! Once you upload a vlog onto a public space like KZbin, you are bound to get critiqued! Even both of us airing our comments can get it on the neck ! However, if she really wants to talk, then she should consider doing a voiceover, that is after the video has been shot! She can clarify facts before stating them and all that! I love watching videos on Calabar and Uyo, but personal vloggers talking while filming is boring to me !
