32:04 Thank you so very much, David... It really was a pleasure meeting you in person, and even though it was for a short time, you made us feel so comfortable around you as if we have known each other like forever. We at Captin Doubles Maraval will forever be grateful to you David on the free exposure you did for my business and by extension, my country Trinidad and Tobago. Our cheese pie made with mozzarella is now called The Famous Cheese Pies by DavidsBeenHere. I pray that your life will be fulfilled with good health, strength and happiness.

Hi David. What an enjoyable video to see. True, authentic, delicious Caribbean food, as far as I can see. What I loved was that everything was so clean, well kept and sanitary, and the people were so nice and friendly as with the people of the Caribbean/West Indies. Very well done. BTW, those doubles were mouth watering. David in doubles heaven😋🤗, and the Jamaican patties, there is nothing better than the real thing. BTW, did Nathan get married yet? If so, send him and his wife best wishes for a long and happy life together. Sending love and blessings to you, your daughters and the rest of your family. Mucho amor 🙏🏻❤️ have a pleasant weekend.

Judy! So great to see you and thank you so much. Totally agreed on all fronts and I am still dreaming of those delicious doubles. Nathan got married yes! The ceremony was amazing in Florence, Italy. I have some of the footage coming out eventually but it was June 26th and they are on their honeymoon for a bit longer. Nathan says he is so grateful for the comment and he's wishing you a beautiful week too.

Yes David. Guyanese friend here. It’s curry goat 😂. I’ve made curry potatoes but didn’t mash them. Delicious I’m sure. I don’t cook with salt too much so my butter is salted. That’s a lot of butter 🧈 😮. Let me watch what she’s doing. Gotta cook down that curry so it’s not gritty but smooth 😋😋😋. Funny David I cook oxtail for hubby but I don’t eat oxtail but I’ll tear up the gravy with rice n peas. Ackee 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. Omg. Heaping portions. Now I want rice 😂. Ginger beer and kola champagne my fav. Hubby likes cream. David I didn’t know Houston had Jamaican and Trini culture and food. This is amazing. Pylowri ( spelling 🤷🏻♀️? 😂) doubles, mini dumplings for corn 🌽 soup 🍲. I don’t care for Sorrel; love ginger beer and Maubi. I’d be eating that aloo pie with a fork or spoon 😂. Too messy for me but know it’s heavenly. Love a good soup. Was hoping to see roti and Puri. Does your camera 🎥 man eat? We probably just don’t see it. I’d be dying watching you eat 😂. The patty looks a little stiff like the pastry isn’t flaky enough but if that unique flavor is there then it’s all good. Oh David what happened? As you were leaving the patty shop saying let’s go through video went black til the end. Well great vid. Whenever we visit Houston at least we know these spots. Thanks for sharing 🤗

You wouldn’t say chicken barbecue or fish steam or chicken fry. You would say barbecue chicken, steam fish, fry chicken because we barbecue the chicken, we steam the fish, we fry the chicken. We curry the goat and chicken and that’s why we say curry chicken and curry goat because we curry it. We did something to it. We say barbecue wings not wings barbecue. We say coconut rice not rice coconut. We say fruit cake because we did something to the cake. We add fruits to it.

You wouldn’t say water distilled or water purified. Instead we say purified water and distilled water because we did something to the water.
